Finding the supplier is your job. Getting the cartons from that supplier to Kenya is ours.
- 01 Agree the goods with the supplier in Yiwu or Guangzhou and ask them to deliver to the TopSea China warehouse, not to a random forwarder address.
- 02 Send us the supplier name, carton count, and contacts before the goods move. The Foshan warehouse is Warehouses 4-8, Yimida E-commerce Warehousing Park, 28 Guanhe North Road, Nanhai District.
- 03 If you bought from more than one supplier, we consolidate. Mixed cargo is checked in, then packed for one shipment.
- 04 Choose sea or air. Sea is the usual lane, with a planning window of 19 to 45 days including handling and documents. Air is for cargo that cannot wait, and it is priced on chargeable weight.
- 05 We prepare the shipping documents and move the cargo with the shipping line or airline.
- 06 On arrival, customs clearance happens before the goods are released. Keep product descriptions and values accurate. Wrong paperwork is what delays a container.
- 07 Delivery is to the Kamakis warehouse or to your Kenya address when door-to-door is booked.
